Break Prices do not Include Shipping!

In order to keep our prices down, We do not included Shipping. We have multiple options available.

Pick up in Store
you can decline shipping all together ( if base inserts etc you don't want we will donate them to kids,
You can store and stack breaks and ship when you would like to save on shipping costs.
Regular shipping will be $5.00 in a bubble envelope.
Tracked will be our actual shipping rates

Welcome to OTG Sportscards Breaks, The premier destination for hockey card enthusiasts in Canada! As a community of passionate collectors, we share a love for the thrill of the hunt and the excitement of ripping open a fresh pack of cards. With a focus on hockey cards, we bring together like-minded individuals from across the country to share in the joy of collecting and trading. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or new to the hobby, join us as we break open boxes, share our finds, and celebrate our love for the game, one card at a time!

How group breaks work ,

There are plenty of different styles of breaks that can occur while browsing OTGsportscardsbreaks.com .

TEAM RANDOM

The total cost of the break is divided by 32 teams (sometimes 31 or 30 year depending) to get your your cost per spot .

Once the spots are taken , a Certified video personal will take both the list of entrants and the list of teams , and random them both separately . Then the names and teams will line up together to give you your team . Spot 1 with get the team in spot 1 . Spot 2 with team 2 and so on

“Free random”

Some times you will encounter the term Free random , which means the cost of that team will be divided into the cost of the rest of the teams .

Once full , our certified video personal will randomize the team list . The person on top will with that team for free

Team Select or Pick your Team (PYT)

The cost of the break is broken down by team ,

The cost of each team is determined by many many factors , year of the product , rookie crop , high valued hits , premium players , and number of hits per team .

Serial filler

A serial filler is made up from the remaining teams in the break . The total cost of the remaining teams divided by 10 (sometimes 11) give us our cost per spot .

Once full , one of our certified video personal will randomize the list of 10 or 11 to give us our “order”

The once the break commences , any cards for the remaining teams are in play. Any non serial numbered cards will go to spot 11 if applicable. If not stated in the break description each card will be randomed off individually.

In the serial filler we are looking for the last number in the serial number to determine the winner of the card

For example

A card is pulled and it’s numbered 34/249 , the card would belong to the person in spot 4

If a card numbered 1/1 is pulled , it belongs to spot 1

If a card is pulled and is numbered 322/999 it belongs to spot 2
