Thank you for shopping at Overtime Sportscards! We appreciate your trust in our products. However, due to the unique nature of collectibles, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns

No Returns: Do to the nature of collectibles no items are eligible for return.

Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive the wrong item (online only), please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you, or offer you a refund.
Refunds

Non-Defective Returns: We understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. However, due to the collectible nature of sports cards, we do not accept returns for reasons other than incorrect online orders.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the criteria mentioned above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
