2025-26 NBA Topps Basketball Value / Blaster Box

 

The 2025-26 Topps Basketball set marks the return of licensed NBA cards from Topps after an absence of over 15 years.

While Topps has produced NBPA-licensed cards over the past few seasons, these have not been able to display team logos or jerseys.

The flagship brand acts as the first Topps NBA basketball set available to collectors since Topps reacquired the NBA card license, officially replacing Panini on October 1, 2025. The last flagship NBA product was the 2009-10 Topps Basketball edition.

Just like Topps' flagship MLB set, every NBA Hobby box has one autograph or relic. Top overall pick Cooper Flagg is the key rookie in the set and also appears on the box cover.

Topps presales began on October 3, 2025, including Hobby boxes ($109.99), Hobby Jumbo boxes ($229.99), Mega boxes ($49.99) and Value Blasters ($24.99).

The release day pricing increased slightly to $119.99 per Hobby box.

2025-26 Topps Basketball Checklist Rundown

The 2025-26 Topps Basketball checklist is packed with content, including the initial batch of Cooper Flagg rookie cards licensed by the NBA, and the first official Victor Wembanyama autographs featuring his Spurs jersey. Collectors can also chase the earliest licensed LeBron James autographs for the Lakers.

The 2025-26 Topps Basketball base set opens with 300 cards, including current stars and top rookies from the 2025 NBA Draft class.

The returning NBA set incorporates the flagship MLB design and adds many parallels.

Some options are borrowed from Topps' flagship baseball lineup, such as All Kings. This die-cut set mimics a playing card design to showcase the game's best players.

The Flagship Real One Autographs set displays signatures on the base design. Based on the live card images teased by Topps, many of the autographs are hard-signed.

1980-81 Topps Basketball Autographs covers modern standouts on the '80 design, including top rookies like Cooper Flagg.

There are also triple-signed versions with the retro style.

Additionally, the newest draft class is part of Rookie Photo Shoot Autographs.
