2022 Topps Chrome Sonic Baseball Set Details
Pulling from the main Chrome MLB checklist, 2022 Topps Chrome Sonic Baseball offers exclusive versions of the flagship Chrome series.
The release works with the full 220-card base Chrome set, adding a rainbow of limited parallels.
While the base cards are virtually identical to the main Topps Chrome set, one subtle difference is that the Topps Chrome logo is on the opposite side of the card. So for the regular Topps Chrome, the logo is generally on the right, while Sonic normally has it displayed on the left. For rookie players, the spots for the RC and Topps Chrome logos are swapped. The CMP code on the back can also confirm as the base Sonic cards end with #439.
Lite boxes include four Black & White RayWave parallels along one serial-numbered Refractor. The Ohtani card helps showcase the Aqua/Pink Sonic Pulse (#/199) edition.
