2016 Topps WWE Then, Now, Forever is a continuation of 2016 Topps WWE featuring Superstars from both the men's and women's division, as well as legends and rookies. Each hobby box contains two hits.

The 100-card base set includes a fresh batch of cards and brand new rookies. Base parallels add to that amount with Bronze (1:2 packs), Silver (1:24 packs, Hobby), Gold (#/10), Red (1/1), and Printing Plates (1/1).

No longer having a Divas division, both men's and women's divisions are included in the WWE Superstars Autographs along with WWE Legends, rookies and NXT Prospects. Among the parallels, collectors can find Bronze (#/50), Silver (#/25, Hobby), Gold (#/10), Red (1/1), and Printing Plates (1/1). Triple Autograph (#/11) cards are another signed option.

As with the Topps WWE 2016 release, there is no shortage of relic or commemorative cards. Shirt Relics include fighter-worn material from WWE and NXT Superstars, while collectors can own a piece of WWE history with Royal Rumble 2016 Mat Relic cards. 2016 Topps WWE Then, Now, Forever immortalizes the unforgettable facial accessories and makeup with the inaugural Mask & Face Paint Medallion cards. Bronze (#/50), Silver (#/25), Gold (#/10), and Red (1/1) parallels can be found for all three relics.

Once again, fans will find Kiss and hard-signed Autographed Kiss cards from their favorite women's division star in both the WWE and NXT. Each of the Kiss inserts include Gold (#/10) and one-of-one Red parallels.

2016 Topps WWE Then, Now, Forever wraps up The Rock's 40-card insert set with ten final cards found in The Rock Tribute Part 4. Other inserts focus on what happens behind the scenes. This includes Total Divas (1:2 packs) highlighting key moments from Season 5 of the show, WWE Breaking Ground (1:2 packs) from the WWE Network original series, and cards focusing on the Stone Cold Podcast (1:4 packs).

Lastly, 2016 Topps WWE Then, Now, Forever has a handful of promotional cards not found in boxes, including copies in the video game WWE 2K17 and for three pay-per-view DVDs: Night of Champions 2016, Hell in a Cell 2016, and Survivor Series 2016.
